Hotel Villa Sirio is a gracious romantic beach hotel right on the sea, in Catellabate, South Campania and is perfect for honeymooners after incredibly romantic sunsets.
The romantic hotel Villa Sirio is right on Santa Maria di Castellabate’s traffic-free promenade, next to a little fishing harbour, and overlooking a sea, which seems to be more turquoise with each passing minute, this former summer villa of a noble family, is without a doubt the best location in Santa Maria di Castellabate. As one Long Travel client declared, “Any closer to the sea and you’d be in it!”. The hotel Villa Sirio is truly a gem of a place. It exudes style, with beautiful pictures on almost every wall, lovely furniture and a glass lift inside the ancient elliptical stairway.
One of the terraces of the Hotel Villa Sirio overlooks the promenade and the sea, and guests can take breakfast or dinner, or have a drink, sitting watching the world go by and listening to the lapping of the waves. Another double terrace, on the other side of the Villa Sirio, has an open-air living room on one side, and a jacuzzi tub on the other.
Locals often dine at the hotel Villa Sirio, appreciating its delicate cuisine. Based on fresh ingredients, half-board guests of the hotel Villa Sirio are usually asked to choose from the menu, in the morning. On typically balmy summer evenings, the large sunbathing deck over the sea transforms into an à la carte restaurant – a romantic al fresco dinner to remember. Occasionally, especially Friday and Saturday nights in July and August, there is a gourmet evening, with soft music. Not compulsory, but we at Long Travel highly recommend it, the extra charge is well worth it.
On summer days, the large deck becomes a lovely sun terrace and swimming platform, exclusively for Hotel Villa Sirio guests. Very nearby, there is the also the hotel’s private section of golden sandy beach and inviting sea which guests of the Hotel Villa Sirio are very welcome to use.

- The deck restaurant is usually à la carte. However, guests on half-board may dine on the deck (01/06-30/09), but it is essential that they book as space is limited. Dinner on the deck will be served between 19:30 and 21:00 and guests on half-board will move to one of the many terraces, after dinner, to release the tables for other diners. A supplement will be payable for à la carte choices
