Your driver will be at the airport upon your arrival and you will be transferred to the luxurious Athenian Callirhoe Hotel or other dazzling alternatives include Metropolis Electra Hotel and Fresh Hotel, where you will enjoy the exquisite facilities that it offers to our special guests.
Staying overnight in Athens seems like a dream come true as you can either explore the hotel and its surroundings or venture out for a glorious late-night stroll to find traditional Mediterranean restaurants seeking to amaze your taste buds.
Day 1: SATURDAY NIGHT - ATHENS (1 night)
Athens, one of the most inspiring places to visit and hosting one of the Seven Wonders Of The World, the Acropolis, it offers a wondrous blend of old and new. With a recorded history spanning around 3,400 years, Athens is one of the oldest cities in the world and presents visitors with some of the most magnificent architecture in the world which can be seen soon as guests are set to land from their flight.
Your driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival and you will be transferred to the NJV Athens Plaza where you will enjoy the outstanding facilities that it has to offer.
An overnight stay is the icing on the cake as you can either utilise the hotel’s wonderful facilities or wander through the cobbled Grecian streets for traditional Mediterranean restaurants and swanky rooftop bars.
Day 2: SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY - PAROS (4 nights)
After spending a night in Athens, your driver will be at hand to transfer you to Piraeus Port and you will embark on a short ferry ride to Paros. Whilst on your journey to Paros, you will be able to enjoy the view of the picturesque cyan skies along with the surrounding altitudinous mountains that make up some of the other Greek islands.
Once you arrive at Paros Port, a driver will transfer you to Archipelagos Resort Hotel, a dazzling 5* hotel. Spending four sensational days in Paros is only the beginning of your splendid journey with us here at Long Travel as there are a multitude of things to see and do.
Parikia, the island’s main port and capital town offers an abundance of conventional Greek architecture and cultural districts so be sure to visit the Church With The 100 Gates, a splendid experience for all our guests.
If seeking a truly historical experience whilst in Parikia then the Frankish Castle is a beautiful place to venture to as it sits at the highest point of the town, allowing guests to have a dazzling view of the surrounding areas. The castle was built in the 1200s by Venetians using materials from the ancient Temple of Demeter and now remains in partial ruins but is still a highly intriguing sight to visit.
It is a must to stop and taste the local delicacies around the port, especially Barbarossa restaurant in which the masterful Aegean cuisine Chef Dimitris Nikolis creates a beautiful fusion of Grecian and Japanese cuisines bursting with a combination of sweet and savoury flavours.
Day 6: DAY 6: THURSDAY - SUNDAY - NAXOS (4 nights)
After an amazing three wondrous days in Paros you will be met by your driver whom will transfer you back to Paros Port, where you will continue your journey onto the next destination, the stunning island of Naxos.
At Naxos Port you will meet with your driver whom will transfer you to the luxurious Naxian Collection Hotel, a real treat for our guests who enjoy ultimate luxury. With four days to explore the beautiful Naxos, there is plenty to do, see and visit
Excellent bus services, bus tours or private taxis can journey you to the charming Chalki village which is only 19km away and a 27-minute ride by bus. Chalki village provides amazing foods, hidden trails and wonderful weaving traditions, enjoy the delightful and authentic Mediterranean flavours that the secluded Kalliopi Tavern has to offer.
Apollas village is also an exciting area to venture to as it hosts some of the most important statues which remain unfinished dating back to the 6th century. The large Kouros statue measuring an impressive 10.5 metres lays unfinished just a few metres from the entrance of the village, it is thought that this statue was built from marble to represent the Dionysus, the god of grape-harvest and fertility.
Frequent bus services to Apollas village from the capital of Naxos, Chora, allows the village to be highly accessible only 37km away and a real treat for guests seeking history and relaxation in secluded areas.
Day 10: EMBARK TO PIREAUS PORT AND ATHENS
Your driver will meet you at your hotel to transfer you from Naxos Port to journey you back on a ferry to Pireaus Port.
Our final touch to deliver the ultimate island-hopping experience is to present to you the first luxurious hotel that you started your journey with, here you will be able to reminisce about your latest and greatest dream holiday whilst reclining in the luxury with a magnificent view to spend your final splendid moments.
Day 11: ATHENS AIRPORT (Tuesday)
Your driver will meet you at the hotel to transfer you to Athens Airport depending on your time of departure back home.
