Savelletri

Savelletri in Puglia is a seaside resort best known for its characteristic small fishing port, located close to the town of Fasano in the region of Brindisi. The stunning beaches here are largely public, and are perfect for relaxation.

Savelletri does have a winter population which expands greatly in the summer when second home owners and tourists arrive. Locally many people from Fasano, Bari and Martina Franca have second homes in Savelletri but foreign tourists are now discovering this picture perfect seaside town.

To the north of the port are cliffs with rows of beautiful, traditional white buildings, and to its south are rows of rocky reefs. Some of the best properties in the area are the masserie - characteristic farmhouses in quaint villages. Plenty of these have been carefully refurbished, retaining their charm and picture-perfect views.
