Masseria Stali

An ancient agritourism farmhouse, set in 270 hectares of land, located in the province of Lecce. Nestled in rural countryside, surrounded by wide green open spaces, guests can enjoy peaceful walks between the ancient olive groves and approximately 30,000 trees.

The Masseria Stali accommodates 20 renovated rooms with 40 beds, all decorated in keeping with the ancient and rural architecture of the building. Guests can relax in the glorious swimming pool or take an exercise class of Pilates. Near to the historic and cultural towns of Lecce, Otranto, Maglie and Gallipoli, the Masseria Stali is placed within easy reach of the best beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. On arrival, guests are greeted by the flavours of wood-oven pizzas made from durum wheat or home-baked spelt bread.

The farm prides itself on home-grown organic produce of crops, vegetables and olives and serves as a food training venue as well as a mill producing olive oil and home-made bread. Guests can also enjoy live demonstrations and a range of cookery classes. The farm restaurant welcomes guests with its exceptional agritourist menu offering traditional dishes with a modern innovative twist, served with excellent wine from the Negramaro vineyards, accompanied with the Masseria Stali’s freshly baked bread and organically pressed olive oil. Whether you are a professional or amateur cook, you will receive a first-hand experience of rural life and a fun evening of entertainment surrounded by good food.
