Outlined
below are a few ideas for you to consider. If
you are intending to travel to Southern Italy,
Sicily or Sardinia, please do not hesitate to
contact us to discuss them. We will happily
put together a tailor made itinerary, or tour,
based on our own experience and knowledge.
It
is only a small selection of what we offer including
some agritourist
accommodation, where you can experience
some of the best food in the world, using the
freshest, organic ingredients.
If
you prefer cities,
art and culture we have something for you
too. Italy, Sicily and Sardinia also has some
wonderful
countryside and National parks and of course,
the unique
trulli houses which are only found in Puglia.
In addition to all of this, we have a broad
selection of accommodation
near to or on the coast.
We
have found in previous years, as we are flexible,
due to the fact that we can tailor- make every
holiday, rather than package, we have usually
been able to organise a first choice for you,
rather than you having to take "what's
left". Please contact us with your
requirements or if you are unsure of what you
want, give us a call and let us do the hard
work for you. |
Agritourism,
Organic Food & Cookery
 |
 |
Italy
produces wonderful food, we all love it.
They use the freshest of ingredients and have
the ability to turn simple food into some of
the best meals that you are ever likely to experience.
Some of the best wines in the world come from
the south of Italy. A number of hotels
we work with will organise cookery courses for
those who want to learn how to produce authentic
italian dishes - where better to learn?
Or just stay on a farm estate and sample excellent,
home produced food, which offers a real taste
of Southern Italy- this is cuisine at its best.

in a private self-catering Villa, many of which
are close to towns and villages, where you can

Cities,
History & Culture

Small
hotels in the historical centre of Southern
Italy’s famous cities. Whatever
you are interested in, from Baroque architecture
to Ancient Greek or Roman civilisations or
if you just want to experience the wonderful
character of Naples, it's worthwhile adding
a few nights on to your holiday. An
area of Europe that has been invaded throughout
history, everyone seems to have left their
mark, whether it is the Catalan language still
spoken today in North West Sardinia or the
Moorish influenced architecture of Puglia.

Trulli
Houses
 |
 |
|
Everybody
should experience a stay in a Trullo.
Traditional houses, unique to one area of Puglia
- the “heel” of the boot, built
of dry stone, with thick solid walls and conical
roofs. They are scattered around the picturesque
countryside of the Itria Valley, now a World
Heritage site.
