Golf Holidays in Southern Italy, Sicily & Sardinia

Italy has a very mild climate where you can play golf all the year round. The location of our accommodation and the golf courses will give you the opportunity to experience some fantastic scenery and give you the chance to visit some wonderful towns and a number of the world famous cities and resorts.

Many people are now taking advantage of the good weather in order to extend their usual golf season and are happy to play on one of Italy's challenging and picturesque golf courses. We have selected a number of courses, which will meet the demands of most skilled golfers, combined with a variety of accommodation

One of the most luxurious hotels in Italy, the Masseria San Domenico, now boasts one of the best golf courses in Italy. It has been cleverly designed to compliment the surrounding landscape. Every green has a view of the Adriatic Sea and there are ancient olive trees everywhere you look - it offers an unforgettable golfing experience.

Equally interesting, is the Acaya golf course in the Salento area of Puglia where a restored Masseria doubles as the clubhouse and the Riva Dei Tessali golf course, which for the past few years, has been part of the European challenge tour.

Alternatively, if you would prefer a golf holiday on Sicily, the “Pìcciolo Golf Club” is only a few kilometres from the world famous resort of Taormina. Built in 1989 it was the first 18-hole golf course in Sicily. It is a championship course, which has fantastic views towards the snow-capped Mount Etna.

However, when finished, one of the most exciting golf courses in Southern Italy will be the Barialto course, designed in partnership by the American architect William W. Amick and Italian architect Giorgio Ferraris. This par 72 course is close to the sea, in a very windy position - every day presents a different challenge.

In Sardinia, why not stay at the luxurious Petra Segreta, close to some wonderful Sardinian beaches and only a stone's throw from the world famous Costa Smeralda?

Choose one of our hand-picked hotels, which in addition to all the services, comforts, and of course, the good food and wine you would expect in Italy, have access to these fantastic golf courses. Our golf holidays are tailor-made and prices vary depending on dates and requirements – please contact us for further details.
