Italy is well known for its good food. Experience an authentic Italian cookery course by staying at one of our hand-picked properties.

Enjoy the home cooking of your host and learn the necessary skills from them, so that you too can create some fantastic traditional, Southern Italian dishes. Cook hot spicy dishes with Marina at I Monaci, who is pasionate her dishes and will explain the secrets of Calabrian cookery, or learn to cook authentic Sicilian cuisine, using local organic produce with Pina and her brother Lino at the Villa Pina.

Italians pride themselves on their ability to cook, wholesome, healthy and tasty dishes, many well known recipes are passed down from generation to generation, others are closely guarded secrets and will only be cooked in one or two villages.

However advanced or basic your cookery skills are. Whether you cook for fun or are more serious about cookery, we can help arrange something for you.
