Hotel Al Duemila is our ONE & ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE package. This is an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel with a difference though. Unlike the rather faceless, massive, skyscraper hotels offered for other all inclusives, this hotel is smaller and it exudes friendliness. You will be greeted with that very special warmth of a true Italian family welcome. Not typical of other all inclusive holidays, you can choose the flights just right for you - leave (and come back) on the day you choose, find the very cheapest for you. Great for couples, singles and families, there are NO SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS and FANTASTIC CHILD DISCOUNTS.
20km from Gallipoli, close to the quaint old village of Felline, in beautifully landscaped grounds, Hotel Al Duemila is only a few miles from lovely sandy beaches. Pretty, dry stone walls, olive groves, fields of water melons, capers and round-roofed trulli characterise the landscape. Popular with Italians, there are lively resorts and lidos, especially in August, as well as quieter beaches.
Hotel Al Duemila's gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is really nice, with a special section for kiddies. Inside, there is an impressive reception, bar and lounge area, and two enormous dining rooms, which are sometimes used for functions, as well as for hotel guests - who, in Italian style, are often invited to join in! Food is often served on outside terraces. It is good and wholesome - nothing fancy, but it has always suited all tastes. Nino, the hotel owner wants his guests to relax, so most meals will have table service, rather than the more usual buffets for other all inclusives. He feels that this is much more relaxing for his guests, especially those with children - and we agree that a kind, friendly waiter always makes a holiday.
Apart from all of this (as if that's not enough!), for us and for lots of clients, who return year after year, the most attractive feature is definitely the warmth and friendliness of Nino, Annalisa, Angelo, Antonietta, and the rest of the family, who own the hotel - they cannot do enough to please their guests and take genuine enjoyment out of welcoming and looking after them - you will soon feel like one of the family. Their hospitality is genuine and complete and those boys - well, they're just wonderful.

Rooms in the main hotel:
Rooms in the main building are on the first and second floors. Simply furnished, they all have balconies (some overlooking parts of the roof).
Family rooms:
Also in the main building are Family rooms, with two sleeping areas and a shared shower room. These are prefect for families, offering more space and independence but still with excellent child discounts.
Garden rooms:
There are also three "garden rooms ", constructed to resemble chalets and these we strongly recommend. Set in the grounds and detached from one another, they are delightful. Furnished in a bright, modern way, they each have a verandah, overlooking olive trees. These have proved so popular that there are plans to build a few more in the future.
Single rooms:
Al Duemila doesn't have dedicated single rooms, instead they offer their double rooms for single use - so much better than the pokey little single rooms some hotels offer! Of course, many hotels offer similar arrangements nowadays, but what really makes Al Duemila stand out from the crowd is that there is NO single supplement at all, so for once single travellers can take advantage of the same incredible value for money as everyone else.
